Along with a wonderful experience we provide all tackle, baits and equipment. Also included is fish cleaning and fish licenses for all parties on board as we are permitted as an Alabama licensed charter vessel.
-
With the safety and stability of our vessel we can both comfortably travel and fish in more inclement weather than other smaller lighter vessels, that being said all cancellations due to weather will be made by the captain. We are all experienced watermen and strive to put safety first in all that we do. in case a trip is called and the trip cut short due to weather the trip will be prorated.

Seeing as this is a day on the water, water itself is the most important, any additional drinks and snacks that you may want to enjoy is up to you. Please understand that our experiences are live and in person and these fish have teeth so alcohol is to be consumed at a minimum as we would like all of the customers to enjoy their experience safely.
A cooler to bring some fish home in, we also partner with several great local restaurants for a "catch and Cook" experience ask for more details in person.

If you the customer needs to cancel the charter for any reason, we understand, things happen. if the cancellation occurs more than five (5) days before the charter we will refund 100% of the trip cost minus a small $100 booking fee. After 5 days we will have to charge the cost of the trip regardless as we have other customers that couldn't go on the trip.
-
Most definitely yes, though we ask that you the customer do your best to use facilities before or after, we do have a toilet below in the cabin if need be.
-
Both vessels, the F/V Mamba and the F/V Orca we currently operate are licensed as "6 Pack" vessels under the United States Coast Guard regulations, therefore no more than 6, be it men, women, or children, can be on a paying charter other than the captain or crew

Remember to bring sunglasses, hats and sunscreen especially for the children as our sun can cause sunburns even if it is not in the summer months or when the sky is cloudy.
a light jacket is also a good choice just in case a pop up cloud causes some mild wind and rain, ....... those summer storms rain is heavy and cold!!

While we dont guarentee anything given the elements of nature involved. With the amount of gear involved that we use, it would be highly unlikely that we wouldn’t catch a shark.
